Congratulations on your engagement! This is a truly exciting time for
couples as they look forward to starting a new life together with each
other. Sometimes in the midst of all the excitement, the undertaking of
planning a wedding can be somewhat overwhelming for brides and grooms.
This is where we come in! We’ll set up a complimentary consultation at
the beginning to answer any questions you may have about what we do and
help you decide what services we can offer that will best suit your
needs. We offer a variety of services to meet your needs and budget.
From individual consulting sessions where you can ask for advice on any
topic, to coordinating the wedding ceremony and reception on the day-of
and helping you put all the little details together. We can manage the
interactions between all of the different service providers working for
you and help you find just the right people to make your vision a
reality. No matter what stage of planning you are in, your Savvy
Expressions coordinator is here to make your upcoming wedding run as
smooth as possible.
About Savvy Expressions:
We are based out of Champaign-Urbana, but are happy to travel to
surrounding areas such including Bloomington, Danville, Decatur, Peoria,
& Springfield. Savvy Expressions Wedding & Event Planning was
established in 2004 by Stacey Porter. The company was sparked by a
passion for weddings and the love that is celebrated among the many
couples who embark on the long & winding road that comes with it. Stacey
finds each wedding truly unique to the characteristics of the couple
that it was designed for, and looks forward to working with a diverse
group of clients.
As we continue to maintain a respected name in wedding planning,
there is only one focus; you, the client! The first priority is to make
certain that very special celebration of your love is the event that YOU
want, no matter if it’s a chic and sophisticated soiree or a casually
elegant outdoor get-together. We feel very strongly that this isn’t a
chance for us to completely take over planning your big day, which is
too often seen. Instead, this is an opportunity to help you get the
details in place and executed, working with your vision or with one
created together by the bride and groom, and our consultants.

estimates from last minute holdouts, and she handled all the craziness
of the wedding day and rehearsal with panache. As we went over her
